Consultation & Customization

Once we receive your inquiry, our team will review your event details and reach out to discuss your vision, answer questions, and customize your beverage experience.

We take pride in creating services that align with your event style, theme, guest experience, and celebration goals. From signature cocktails and elevated mocktails to specialty beverage stations, we work with you to create a memorable experience.

Secure Your Event Date

Your event date is officially reserved once your service agreement has been completed and the required 50% deposit/retainer has been received.

Due to the personalized nature of our services and limited availability, we recommend booking as early as possible—especially for weddings, holidays, and peak event seasons.

Before You Book

To provide the best possible experience, please have the following information available:

Event date and service timeframe
Venue address or event location
Estimated guest count
Preferred beverage package
Type of beverage experience requested
Event theme, colors, or design preferences
Any special accommodations or requests

A 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer is required to secure your event date and begin the planning process.

Your remaining balance will be due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement.

Please note: Your event date is not considered officially booked until the required deposit has been received and your agreement has been completed.

We understand that some celebrations come together on short notice. Last-minute bookings may be accepted based on availability; however, events booked within a short timeframe may require payment in full at the time of booking.

This ensures that our team has the necessary time and resources to properly prepare staff, and provide the exceptional experience that Shaken & Stirred, LLC is known for.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur. However, because each event requires dedicated planning, preparation, staffing, and resources, all deposits/retainers are non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel your event within five (5) days of the scheduled event date, no refunds will be issued for any payments made toward your booking. This includes any additional payments made toward your event balance; however, the non-refundable deposit/retainer remains excluded and is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any refund consideration for eligible payments outside of the non-refundable deposit period will be reviewed according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

Shaken & Stirred, LLC proudly serves clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area and surrounding communities.

Travel fees may apply for events located more than 25 miles from our service location.

Any event exceeding the included 25-mile service radius may require an additional travel fee based on:

Mileage
Travel time
Location accessibility
Event logistics

All applicable travel fees will be discussed, approved, and included in your final event proposal before booking confirmation.

At this time, Shaken & Stirred, LLC operates as a dry bar service provider.

Clients are responsible for providing any alcohol needed for their event. We do not offer alcohol purchasing assistance or alcohol procurement services at this time.

At Shaken & Stirred, LLC, professionalism, safety, and responsible service are our top priorities.

We maintain appropriate business practices and are committed to providing reliable, professional beverage services for every event.

Certificates of Insurance (COI) and additional documentation may be available upon request for venues, corporate partners, and event coordinators.

Clients and venues are responsible for ensuring compliance with any required permits, venue policies, and event regulations.

For the best availability and planning experience, we recommend booking within the following timeframes:

Weddings: 6–12 months in advance
Large Events & Corporate Gatherings: 3–6 months in advance
Private Celebrations: 4–8 weeks in advance

Last-minute bookings may be accepted based on availability; however, early booking provides the best opportunity for customization, preferred dates, and staffing availability.
